Tea whisked in Kyoto. Mate passed around a circle in Asunción. Hibiscus poured cold at tables from Cairo to Mexico City. These plants were never only about flavor. They were the reason to sit down together.

Beer belongs to the same story. It is one of the oldest things people have made to share.

Ceremony brings the two together. We start with the botanical and study its character: the umami of matcha, the tart brightness of whole hibiscus flowers, the earthiness of yerba mate.

Then we build the recipe around it, a clean and crisp base that lifts the plant instead of covering it. Every batch is brewed by hand in Austin by a small, independent team.
